Terms of Service.

Whimsy is a management interface. You are responsible for the content of your connected storage and the security of your Whimsy account, which acts as a gateway to your files.

We implement safeguards, including confirmation flows and activity logs, to help you manage your files safely. However, users retain final control and responsibility for all destructive actions (such as deletions).

You may not use Whimsy to violate laws, bypass security measures, or interfere with the terms of your underlying cloud providers.

Whimsy and its logos are property of NumeraCode. You grant Whimsy a limited, revocable license to index metadata solely to provide the services you requested.

Whimsy is provided "as is." We are not liable for actions taken by your cloud providers. In no event shall NumeraCode's liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
