01The problem
Informal review stacks the same two people. Quality gates mean different things to different reviewers.
Most teams treat code review as a custom and not a process. When the custom slips, reviews stack on whoever is most senior, SLAs become vibes, and gate decisions get re-litigated in every retro.
Codero makes the process explicit: defined reviewer pools, automatic routing, gate results that can be audited. It runs on your own infrastructure and connects to existing GitHub repositories — no code leaves your network, no third-party service holds your review history.

Mid-week. The keyboard does not sleep.
02The approach
Quiet automation that reviewers actually trust.
Codero is not another bot that comments on style. It is the layer that decides who reviews what, when an SLA is breached, and whether a merge is allowed — leaving the human judgement to the human.
Everything routable is configurable; everything configurable is auditable. Pools rebalance as people join and leave. Gate decisions are logged with full context so post-mortems are about behaviour, not memory.
Specifications
“Process should be invisible when it works and obvious when it doesn't.”
